Ready To join our team?

Substitute Teachers: 

  1. Please submit an application online.

  2. All substitutes must be registered at Clackamas ESD.

  3. Once your application has been processed, you will be contacted to schedule an appointment to come to the district office to complete paperwork.

Please bring the following:

  • Passport or 2 other pieces of identification, such as a state issued ID card/driver’s license and social security card

  • Copy of your Oregon teaching license or an email from TSPC with the license details

  • Proof of your Clackamas County ESD registration

  • Copy of your transcript showing completion of the 5 mandatory trainings through Clackamas County ESD

  • Voided check if you want your paychecks directly deposited

Substitute Instructional Assistants 

  1. Please submit an online application.

  2. All substitute instructional assistants must be highly qualified by meeting one of the following criteria:

    • Associates Degree or higher

    • 72+ credit hours at an accredited college or university

    • passed the National Career Readiness Certification test at Silver level or higher (or similar assessment

  3. Once your application has been processed, you will be contacted to schedule an appointment to come to the district office to complete paperwork.
